Dr. Schachet is a graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry and has been in practice for over 30 years. He is a member of the Colorado and American Optometric Associations as well as numerous other professional organizations. He has lectured both nationally and internationally and is heavily involved in clinical research for several ophthalmic companies, and is a principal clinical investigator for FDA studies. Dr. Schachet is a fellow in the International Orthokeratology Section of the National Eye Research Foundation and charter member of American Optometric Association Contact Lens Section. 

  

 

Vasi Alevras-Sztukowski, OD 

Dr. Alevras-Sztukowski is a graduate of the Southern California College of Optometry and has been in practice for almost 10 years. She is a member of the Colorado and American Optometric Associations as well as other professional organizations. She has had extensive training in ocular diseases and has a particular interest in glaucoma management. She is an associate clinical investigator for FDA studies. 

  

 

William P. Breen, OD 

Originally from North Platte, Nebraska, Dr. Breen graduated from the University of South Dakota in 1971. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1976. After graduating, he moved to Colorado and has been in private practice in the Aurora area for over 25 years. Dr. Breen is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Colorado Optometric Association. 

  

 

Dr. Grupe also hails from Nebraska. A graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry, Dr. Grupe has practiced optometry in Denver since 1966. During the past decade he worked closely with opthalmic surgeons and provided pre- and post- operative exams for cataract and refractive surgery patients. He has extensive experience in PRK and LASIK, and is a member of the AOA, COA and AAO.
